Chances are you’re an instructor who came straight from industry into education and you may not have been given the right tools to start teaching. Now we’re not talking about torque wrenches, we’re talking about pedagogy, about how you teach and the methods surrounding it.

Chances are you have industry certifications that helped you rise up the pay scale with your last employer but they aren’t helping you get paid more in education. But what can you do?

You’re already a master tech,
now it’s time to become a master teacher.

Earn your bachelor’s degree and more at St. Cloud State University.

It’s a lot of work to go back to school and work full-time but we think the benefits are worth it.
