The SkillsUSA Minnesota Championships took place on April 7th-10th, 2022 where nearly 1,000 career and technical education students competed in over 80 different trade, technical, and leadership fields.

The philosophy of SkillsUSA MN is to reward students for excellence, to involve industry in directly evaluating student performance, and to keep training relevant to employers’ needs. Contests directly follow technical standards established by industry each year.

Students who placed in this competition have the opportunity to compete at the National Leadership & Skills Conference in Atlanta, Georgia this coming June.
